1. Who we are
This policy explains how Vitymobi Systems Limited ("Vitymobi", "we", "us") handles personal data collected through www.vitymobi.ae and when you book or attend a call with us.
Vitymobi Systems Limited is the data controller. We are registered in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi, UAE (Licence MC 13767), at First Floor, Smart Station, Incubator Building, Masdar City, Abu Dhabi, UAE.

This policy covers our website and pre-sales contact only. Personal data we process for clients under a services contract is governed by that contract and any data processing agreement, not by this policy.
2. What we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and run the site.

Please don't send credentials, health data, payment card data or other sensitive personal data when contacting us. If you do, we will delete what we don't need.
3. How we use it
We use personal data to answer enquiries, deliver and bill services, and keep the site secure. We do not sell personal data or use it for automated decisions about you.

We process data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, the EU and UK GDPR where they apply to you, and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 where our India team processes your data.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with people who need it to help us serve you:
- Our team and affiliate. Our engineering team works through our affiliate Vitymobi Systems LLP in India, which accesses enquiry and project data only as needed to deliver work.
- Service providers acting on our instructions: Zoom (scheduling and calls), our email and cloud hosting providers, website hosting, and accounting tools.
- Professional advisers such as accountants, auditors and lawyers.
- Authorities where the law requires it.
International transfers. Your data may be processed in the UAE, India, the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Where data from the EU or UK is transferred to a country without an adequacy decision, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.
5. How long we keep it

6. Security
We apply the same discipline we use for regulated client systems: access limited to people who need it, encryption in transit, multi-factor authentication on our accounts, and reputable providers. No method is completely secure, but we will notify you and the relevant authority of a breach where the law requires it.
7. Cookies and analytics
The site uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work. If we add analytics or advertising cookies, we will ask for your consent first where the law requires it and update this section.
Booking a call takes you to Zoom, which sets its own cookies under Zoom's privacy statement.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and get a copy
- correct inaccurate data
- delete your data
- restrict or object to processing, including any marketing
- receive your data in a portable format
- withdraw consent where we rely on it
Email privacy@vitymobi.ae to make a request. We will reply within 30 days and may need to verify your identity. You can also complain to your local data protection authority, such as the UAE Data Office, an EU supervisory authority, the UK ICO, or the Data Protection Board of India.
9. Children
Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 through this site.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will flag material changes on the site.
